Personality:
Truth is quite insane. The very image of a "Mad Scientist" and while she has bouts of anger she is more of a danger to herself than anything however as she spends a good portion of her time violently arguing with voices inside her head rather than others. She's energetic, easily distracted, nosey, brave (foolishly so), and naive.

History:

Truth was born to a promising family of engineers and scientists who'd paved much of the way with their grand discoveries and revolutionary inventions. However her potential was cut abruptly short when a tragedy occurred and her mother and father were murdered viciously before her by the guild Guiding Light, the guild violently apposed to their inventions and tendency to advance in the creation of prosthetics and advancements for the normal human, the guild happy to be rid of a the potential of further human "abominations". She managed to escape death, scarred, and missing an eye, being ushered to safety by an assistant who was quite close with her father.

Truth was placed in the care of her godmother. A simple woman with a unnerving obsession with cats. The woman, being a bit unhinged herself did not exactly help Truths fractured spirit and mind. And she was raised in isolation, hidden from the world and the prying eyes of the Guiding Light. However it became apparent that the wish for her to remain under the radar became less and less likely as her adept ability to invent started to be seen. She started taking anything and everything mechanical apart ferreting them away and "against her godmothers and fathers assistants wishes" began creating plethoras of things. All of which were tossed and destroyed, severe punishment being used to dissuade her from continuing. But it never worked.

It wasn't until she was 17 that her godmother died unexpectedly during the night. Leaving Truth alone. The assistant had stopped visiting almost half a year before. His where-abouts unknown, but almost undoubtedly also taken by the Guiding Light. Truth was left, just her and a house full of cats. This is where her deep rooted mental break occured. And without the two guardians of her life there to prevent her from her knack to build she began her work on her own body. Having been obsessed and surrounded with the womans cats, she began to form a belief that they were of higher intelligence than even humans. Truth wanted that and as the months past, she worked and began to change her body, prosthetics like steam powered cat ears were used to reroute her hearing. Like megaphones but reversed, improving her hearing greatly. A prosthetic tail was surgically implanted and attached to her spine, her missing eye replaced with a device she covered with a thermal detection lens allowing her to see in the dark. And her hands equipped with claw like gloves capable of tearing metal as well as reading both temperature, and electric currents. All of this modification took a year, but finally as she turned 18 her transformation was complete. She was now as close to a cat she she could be.
By this time much of the food of the house had gone, many of the cats had died and she was desperate. It was time for her to go out on her own and try to survive the world alone...
